November | Delta (N|D) is an investment-focused holding company built on service, discipline, and a deep commitment to the Northwoods Region of the United States. Our name is a tribute to the public service of our founders, N|D brings the same standards we held in uniform to every investment we make - in public markets and in the communities we call home.

November | Delta is an investment-focused holding company and multi-family office headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our mission is straightforward: invest in the future of the Northwoods Region - the Laurentian Mixed Forest Province. Our investment philosophy draws from Warren Buffett's concept of the Circle of Competence. Inside that circle, we make individual stock selections in businesses we understand deeply. Outside it, we use low-cost ETFs to maintain broad exposure. We don't pretend to know everything - we focus on what we do know. The Northwoods Region isn't just a market opportunity to us. It's home. We believe this area deserves thoughtful capital, serious attention, and committed partners who will be here for the long run.

the North Coast FundThe North Coast Fund is our public equity portfolio. We follow a buy-and-hold strategy anchored in businesses we know well, individual equities selected within our Circle of Competence based on fundementals, complemented by ETFs covering bonds, international markets, real estate, and specific industries where broad exposure makes more sense than individual picks.
Each partner also mirrors fund positions in their personal accounts, creating a true multi-family office structure where our interests are fully aligned with our investment decisions. The benchmark is simple: beat the S&P 500 over time. We measure ourselves against that standard and hold ourselves accountable to it.the Northwoods FundThe Northwoods Fund is our private equity vehicle; an LLC savings account specifically earmarked for direct investment in the Northwoods Region. Our focus is Northern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
We target legally established companies that have moved past the ideation stage and need capital to prove their concept or begin scaling. We are not passive check-writers. Our team brings hands-on experience across military leadership, finance, healthcare, and operations and we roll up our sleeves alongside the founders we back.
